Charles McCracken

CNE, MCP, MCSE Manager - Information Technology, Operational Support

Charles joined FGP in 2009 as our Manager of Information Technology. In 2024, he took on Client Operations responsibilities in addition to his IT role.

Charles has worked in the IT field since 1989 at companies as diverse as Entre Computer Centre, Gentra, and Brookfield Properties. Prior to joining FGP, he worked as the Manager of IT for AMG Canada, supporting the main office as well as several Canadian subsidiaries.

He is a Certified NetWare Engineer, a Microsoft Certified Professional, and a Microsoft Certified System Engineer.
