Service Excellence

Building long-lasting and fruitful relationships with our clients is our highest priority. Every day, our client service teams strive to exceed expectations for service excellence.

We assign a senior client service professional to each account to thoroughly understand the client’s  investment needs – and clearly communicate FGP’s investment strategies and results. A client relationship manager and administrator are also dedicated to supporting each account.

We recommend face-to-face meetings with our client service professionals for building strategies and reporting results, and we publish a comprehensive portfolio reporting package every quarter.
